Our client came to us with ideas for an extension and so after some discussion, we were asked to prepare plans for an orangery extension at their home on Greyfriars Drive in Tamworth.
This development did not need planning permission and therefore we progressed straight to Building Regulations drawings. These provided for a large bifold door, a roof lantern, fibreglass (or GRP) roofing system and side gutter outfall.
We planned this work with one eye on our client’s wider ambition to provide for a more open plan layout internally when funds allow. Neptune Construction will be on hand to take this development forward.
