Having progressed housing applications for small numbers of dwellings all the way up to over 2000+ homes, we have extensive experience across a broad range of developments. Neptune Architectural are ideally placed to take the lead in the design, planning and strategic delivery of housing development projects.

We are able to provide advice regarding planning policy and standards for design, parking and amenity considerations, CIL, S106 and affordable housing. We are able to identify potential problem areas on a proposed layout before submitting it to the local authority enabling the team to better anticipate comments which might arise during the process.

Chartered Town Planning Consultants are the professionals in this field. The Royal Town Planning Institute or RTPI is the governing body for Chartered Town Planning Consultants.
