Case Study: Agricultural workers dwellings – Baddesley Ensor

3D design and architectural planning for agricultural dwelling Commercial

New dwellings in open countryside are not usually acceptable in principle. However Neptune Architectural secured both planning permission and building regulations for the development.

Working closely with our Agricultural Consultant we examined the need case closely for the proposals. Our clients, as farmers were finding themselves having to commute to look after their horses, goats, and other livestock.

They were keen to progress their use of the site and make their operation more cost efficient. We were able to demonstrate using relevant Agricultural standards that our clients in North Warwickshire District should be granted an exception to the usual rule of development only being focused in main settlements on the basis of Agricultural Need.
